End of lease clean up 

• Vanessa contacted us for an end of lease clean up as renters had moved out, and new renters were due to move in shortly. 
• We removed a garden bed which consisted of rocks and boulders, as well as three tree stumps so that grass may grow into that area. 
• We hedged some bushes down the driveway, as well as removing leaves and waste. 
• We cleaned up the back area, removed a tree and cleared some ivy. 
• We removed about 5 cubic metres of ground waste, putting it in a skip bin provided by the client. 
• Vanessa was happy with the job and the yards were ready for new tenants to move in.
