Terms & Conditions - Site Visits

Thank you for your interest in working with us. Please take the time to read this important information about working with us before accepting the quote.

- This quote is for a fixed price for a fixed scope of work.

- This quote is valid for the next 30 days, after which values may be subject to change.

- We don't accept cash payments and will invoice after the completion of the job. Payment can be made via BSB or card.

- We usually work in teams of threes, although sometimes it might be two or four depending on circumstances.

- We recommend being home for our first visit so you can guide us through your property and communicate the work that needs to be done. If it's not possible for you to be home, we can call you when we arrive however please note this increases the changes of miscommunications and unmet expectations.

- The booked time is only approximate and may vary by give or take three hours on the day, except for the 7 to 8am timeslot as that is the first job of the day and isn't impacted by other jobs. We will message you when on our way.

- All bookings are subject to being rescheduled, due to factors outside of our control like weather and staff sickness.

- If you have pets, please ensure the area is thoroughly pooper scooped prior to our arrival. Areas with dog faeces may not be serviced.

- Should an invoice not be paid in the required time period, the debt will be referred to a debt collection agency at your own expense. We reserve the right to sue for the owed amount and failure to pay invoices within one month of being issued may negatively affect your credit rating as we will report the unpaid debt to a credit reporting agency such as Equifax.
