Kangaroo Paw - Anigozanthos Landscape Gold

Known for their excellent flowering performance and compact heights, these kangaroo paws have proved to be a popular choice for gardens and landscapes. They have improved disease tolerance in comparison to other varieties. Anigozanthos Nugget bears masses of bright yellow/gold flowers throughout spring and summer. The majority of kangaroo paws will adapt to most garden situations. This variety is ideal for rockeries, native gardens and containers or pots. To encourage flowering, plant Anigozanthos Nugget in a sunny position with well drained soils - either sandy, sandy loam or gravel soils. Anigozanthos Nugget requires relatively low maintenance and can be grown with or without fertilising. Slow release fertiliser is most suited if desired. Prune flower stems back to the ground after flowering. Anigozanthos are very drought hardy, however watering at the time of flowering will benefit. Anigozanthos 'Bush Nugget' can grow to a height of 50 to 80cm and a width of 45cm.
