Tulbaghia Viola - Dark Star

Tulbaghia Dark Star is a fast growing, clumping perennial with fine grass like green foliage. This long flowering plant will bloom masses of pink star shaped flowers from spring to late summer. This is an extremely low maintenance and hardy plant and would be ideal as informal edging, borders, containers for any cottage or country style garden. Mass planting would also have a fantastic effect in any garden. Dark Star prefers to be in sull sun positions and well drained soils. Once established it will become drought tolerant. Feed with slow release fertiliser in spring. Pruning is not required. Tulbaghia Dark Star can grow up to 30cm high and spread out to 60cm wide.
